Climate and Environment
Targeted investments in efficient production processes enable us to achieve high capacity while saving energy. We make the sustainable use of resources a central part of our daily work through our efficient production methods. Annual audits in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard and ECOCERT certification confirm VAN HEES’ commitment and continuous development in this area.
Social Commitment
For VAN HEES, social commitment means active participation. We have been involved in various local projects in Walluf for many years, including our annual participation in ‘Aktionstag Ehrensache’ (a day of voluntary service). We are dedicated to supporting social and charitable institutions through such pre-defined projects. In addition, VAN HEES is a long-time supporter of the aid project ‘Themba Labantu – The Peoples Hope’, run by Pastor Otto Kohlstock in a community centre in the township of Philippi in Cape Town, South Africa.
