OUR SUSTAINABILITY TEAM

Our cross-functional sustainability team at VAN HEES brings together experts from various fields to develop innovative and sustainable solutions, actively contributing to the future viability of our company. The VAN HEES Sustainability Core Team is led by Linda von Knobloch (Sustainability Manager).

The ZNU-Standard Driving Sustainable Change

The VAN HEES plant in Walluf is now officially certified according to the ZNU-Standard for sustainable leadership. This holistic approach evaluates VAN HEES’ performance across three dimensions – environmental, social and economic – and provides clear guidance for responsible action. The certification is carried out annually by accredited bodies and confirms VAN HEES’ systematic commitment to sustainability.

At VAN HEES, responsible action begins with an awareness of our impact on the wider sector and, in particular, on the people we work with. Our Code of Conduct therefore provides clear principles to guide us in making decisions and taking action that are ethical, appropriate and sustainable in our day-to-day business, decision-making and strategic planning.
